At JeetX, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to permanently delete your account at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your JeetX account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your JeetX account.
- Tap on the Profile icon.
- Navigate to Account settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information displayed and confirm your decision.
- Your account deletion request will be processed, and your account will be permanently deleted.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Once your account is deleted:
- Your JeetX profile will be permanently removed.
- Your gameplay history, achievements, leaderboards, and account preferences will be deleted.
- Your virtual coins, purchased digital items (such as avatars, chess boards, ludo boards, dice, and other cosmetic items), and rewards cannot be recovered.
- You will no longer be able to access your account using the same credentials.
Data Retention
To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud, certain records such as purchase history, payment records, and legal compliance information may be retained for the period required by law. These records are securely stored and are not used for marketing purposes.
