Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To use JeetX, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Be legally permitted to participate in skill-based gaming under the laws of your state or country of residence.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where skill-based gaming or real-money contests are prohibited by law.

It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation in JeetX is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account.

2. Nature of the Games

JeetX offers skill-based games including Chess, Ludo, Puzzles, and Quizzes. Outcomes on JeetX are determined predominantly by the skill, knowledge, attention, and experience of the player rather than by chance. JeetX does not offer games of chance or gambling products, and nothing in the Service should be construed as an offer to gamble.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove games and game formats at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You may register using Google Sign-In, OTP-based mobile authentication, or other supported methods.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating or operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Virtual Coins & Digital Store

• Virtual coins earned or purchased within JeetX have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside the application.
• Digital items purchased from the in-app store (avatars, boards, dice designs, themes, and other cosmetic items) are licensed for use within JeetX only and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin balances or revoke digital items obtained through fraud, exploits, or violation of these Terms.

5. Tournaments & Contests

• Entry requirements, formats, schedules, and prize structures for tournaments are displayed within the app prior to entry and may vary by event.
• Entry fees, where applicable, are deducted from your coin balance at the time of registration and are generally non-refundable once a tournament has started.
• Prizes are credited to the winner's account in accordance with the rules of the specific tournament and may be subject to verification before disbursement.
• We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tournament due to technical issues, insufficient participation, or circumstances beyond our control, and to issue refunds of entry fees at our discretion in such cases.

6. User Conduct

While using JeetX, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation tools to play on your behalf.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Collude with other players to manipulate match or tournament outcomes.
• Use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or sexually explicit language in live match chat or elsewhere on the platform.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

Violation of this section may result in warnings, forfeiture of coins or prizes, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Purchases of coins or digital items are processed through the applicable app store's payment system (such as Google Play Billing).
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

8. Intellectual Property

The JeetX name, logo, application, game designs, graphics, and all related content are the property of Pineroot Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or the platform. You may also delete your own account at any time through the app or via our Account Deletion page. Upon termination, any unused virtual coins or digital items will be forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

JeetX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pineroot Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of JeetX, including loss of virtual coins, digital items, or gameplay progress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pineroot Technologies Private Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Continued use of JeetX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
